At Universal Standard, we want you to love everything in your closet, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Our Fit Liberty program even allows you to exchange certain items if your size changes within a year of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or a direct size exchange.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
